WHEN TWO FESTIVALS COLLIDE! 

Southend City Jam was a street art festival we held back in September 2022, when 100+ local, national and international artists came and transformed over 60 walls across the city centre.

We didn't think it was right to let the remaining artworks go unnoticed during LuminoCity, so the guys at Essex Sound and Light (ESL) are going to work their magic! This talented lot will create a range of bespoke lighting displays to add another dimension to these incredible pieces.
